Refund Policy – The Juice Academy:

We hope you don’t have to but just in case the Academy Cancellation Policy is as follows:

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your academy place after you have booked, the following refund policy will apply:

  • A refund of £200 will be provided on cancellations, up to 90 days prior to the start date of the academy.
  • A £150 refund will be provided on cancellations between 60-89 days prior to the start date of the academy.
  • A £100 refund will be provided on cancellations between 30-59 days prior to the start date of the academy.
  • No refund will be provided on cancellations between 29-0 days prior to the departure date of the booked Academy

No refund will be provided for premature leaving of the academy or failure to arrive at the academy for any reason

Deferring Policy – The Juice Academy:

You can defer up to and including 60 days before your booked academy to an alternative academy date with no additional costs.

59-8 dates prior to your booked academy a request to defer to an alternative academy date, will incur a £75:00 admin fee.

PLEASE NOTE ANY CANCELLATION OR REQUEST FOR DEFERRAL 7-0 days before the Academy start date will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Refund Policy – The Natural Juice Therapy Course:

Due to the nature of distance learning material being so easily copied, there is no refund available on any module that has been dispatched from Juice Master or downloaded.

If you have paid in advance for all four modules and then decide to cancel the second, third or fourth module (the first module which will have automatically been processed and dispatched or downloaded), you can apply for a £150 refund per module. All requests to cancel future modules and obtain a refund must be in writing to info@juicetherapy.co.uk

I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept the Code of Conduct and the Terms & Conditions and accept that being in breach can result in immediate removal from the approved list of INJT from the Natural Juice Therapy website. I also accept and agree to the Code of Conduct and the Terms & Conditions for all future modules and or academy that I continue to purchase and sign up to.

The School of Natural Juice Therapy was designed to educate and train people to become Independent Natural Juice Therapists (INJT). It is imperative that all INJT deliver high quality, factual information and advice in a caring and professional manner.

Once you have completed the distance learning course and attended the Academy you will receive a certificate to reflect your qualification as an Independent Natural Juice Therapist.
All Independent Natural Juice Therapists must adhere to the following Codes of Conduct and Terms and Conditions:

The Code:

You Must:
Make the wellbeing and health of your client your first concern, treating them as individuals and providing them with factual advice.

Provide a high standard of practice and care at all times. Be open and honest, act with integ-rity and act in a professional manner in running your business.

Be personally accountable for actions and omissions in your practice, and must always be able to justify your decisions.

Always act lawfully, whether those laws relate to your professional practice or personal life.

Respect your clients right to confidentiality.

Share with your client, in a way they can understand, the information they want or need to know about their health.

Failure to comply with this code may bring your ability to practice into question and endanger your continued affiliation with the Natural Juice Therapy website.

Manage risk

YOU MUST NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WHATSOEVER DIAGNOSE A
CONDITION OR DISEASE, NOR SHOULD YOU CLAIM TO CURE ANY DISEASE OR CONDITION WITH JUICE THERAPY. YOU ARE NOT A DOCTOR

You must advise your client to always seek approval from their doctor or healthcare profes-sional before embarking on a juicing regime

You must inform the School of Natural Juice Therapy without delay if you believe that you, a colleague or anyone else may be putting someone at risk, or giving bad advice.

You must ensure that you gain consent from the client before you begin any Juice Therapy consultation/advice.

Ensure you have adequate insurance (see below) and CMA membership

Use the best available evidence
You must keep your knowledge and learning up to date to ensure any information and advice you give is based on the best available evidence at the time.

Keep your skills and knowledge up to date
You must continue to study and learn in order to have the knowledge and skills for safe and effective practice.

You must take part in appropriate learning and practice activities that maintain and develop your competence and performance every 12 months through the accreditation of recognized CPD (continuous professional development)
This is a requirement if you are to be featured and affiliated with the Natural Juice Therapy website.

You must recognise and work within the limits of your competence, never diagnosing or claiming a cure for any disease or illness.

Keep clear and accurate records
You must keep clear and accurate records of the clients you have, the dates, the assess-ments you make and the advice you provide.

You must ensure all records are kept securely and confidentially

Act with integrity
You must demonstrate a personal and professional commitment to equality and diversity.

You must adhere to the laws of the country in which you are practicing.

You must inform the School of Natural Juice Therapy if you have been cautioned, charged or found guilty of a criminal offence.

Insurance
As an independent Natural Juice Therapist who is practicing, ie advising, treating, consulting, demonstrating, you must have professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance (we recommend Balens or Towergate) and be a current member of the CMA. This is a legal requirement and is in your interest in the event of a claim due to professional negligence or personal injury.

Terms & Conditions

Marketing and Promotion
Once qualified you are an Independent Natural Juice Therapist. However, what you will NOT be able to do is use the ‘Juice Master’ or Jason Vale name in anyway whatsoever to adver-tise or promote your business, this also includes ALL Juice Master branding and recipes. By completing this course you can in no way claim that you are affiliated with Juice Master or are an employee / representative of Juice Master. However, you CAN promote that you have completed the Natural Juice Therapy Course, which has been accredited by the CMA. The reason behind this is because Juice Master does not endorse or recommend or have any quality control or approval over any business, product or event you may organise.

Approved Statements to be used by Independent Natural Juice Therapists on website or any promotional or marketing material

‘Practicing’ as a Therapist
You cannot set up in business as a Natural Juice Therapist, exchanging information for financial gain unless you are qualified having completed the distance learning modules and academy. Any student found to be doing this will be removed from the course immediately with no refund on any remaining modules or academy.
